Responsibility
​
The participant understands that during the course of the tour certain events may occur, including, but not limited to:

accident/illness

forces of nature
The participant agrees to assume all risks associated with the tour to the maximum extent permitted by law. Any medical and evacuation expenses incurred due to injury or illness will be the responsibility of the participant. Red Carpet Wine Tours reserves the right to refuse a participant entry onto a tour due to medical or fitness grounds.
The participant acknowledges that travel on a Red Carpet Wine Tours tour requires a degree of flexibility, and understands that the tour’s route and modes of transport are subject to change without prior notice due to local circumstances.
Should Red Carpet Wine Tours deem it advisable to amend an itinerary for any reason, it may do so by shortening, varying or re-routing any tour. These changes are binding and additional expenses will be charged to the participant if the reason for any major alteration is outside Red Carpet Wine Tours' control.
It is beyond your control as to which wines the winery offers for tastings on any particular day and the wines listed in our itineraries are an example only.
While travelling with Red Carpet Wine Tours’ tours the participant agrees to accept the authority of Red Carpet Wine Tours' leader or Red Carpet Wine Tours’ tourist guide at all times. The participant is aware that travel within a group may involve compromise to accommodate the diverse desires and physical abilities of group members. The participant understands that Red Carpet Wine Tours reserves the right to decline, accept, or retain any person as a member of the group at any time.
The participant acknowledges that Red Carpet Wine Tours works directly with a network of wineries, government agencies and individuals who provide assistance throughout the regions in which the tours are conducted. To the best of Red Carpet Wine Tours' knowledge, these third parties are qualified to provide such assistance. However, Red Carpet Wine Tours will not accept responsibility for any injury, damage, loss, delay or irregularity that may occur due to the conduct of these third parties nor will Red Carpet Wine Tours accept responsibility or liability for any participant who contravenes any law or regulation.

Cancellation by the participant

Red Carpet Wine Tours very rarely retain a deposit/security bond and if you need to cancel a tour with us over two weeks before the tour date, we have always been able to fully refund our customers.
However, a very small minority of venues require money up front to secure the booking. (We will inform you if any of these venues are on your itinerary). If you were to cancel a booking, at any time, which included one or more of these venues, you would forfeit that cost to the venue or venues.

Should a participant cancel a tour booking for any reason whatsoever the following fees apply:

​Cancellation at any time within two weeks of the tour date would forfeit your deposit/security bond.
Should the customer cancel a Private-tour booking for any reason whatsoever the following fees apply:

If you need to change the date for your confirmed tour, Red Carpet Wine Tours will happily try and do this for you, depending on the availability at the venues for the new proposed date and if the request was made more that one week before the confirmed tour date. If you request to change the date of an already confirmed, and deposit/security bond paid tour, for a 2nd time, Red Carpet Wine Tours may refuse this or charge an additional fee for doing this.

Cancellation of any private tour booking that’s secured by a deposit/security bond will incur the loss of that deposit/security bond as per negotiated.
Refunds will be at the discretion of Red Carpet Wine Tours if the participant is involuntarily forced to leave a tour for any reason.
No refunds will be made for any transport, sightseeing, meals or services not utilised.

Transfers
​
Bookings are transferable. If you wish to transfer the booking to another person you must notify Red Carpet Wine Tours by email. A transfer does not constitute a cancellation. However, the transfer cannot be made within two weeks of the original booking's tour date.

Cancellation by Red Carpet Wine Tours
​
Red Carpet Wine Tours reserves the right to cancel any tour, including a guaranteed tour, prior to departure due to reasons outside its control. In such case, Red Carpet Wine Tours may postpone the tour, provide you with an alternative itinerary or refund the tour.
Red Carpet Wine Tours reserves the right to cancel a tour if too few people have booked for that departure. In this instance you will be offered an alternative date or tour and if this is unacceptable Red Carpet Wine Tours will offer a full refund.

Damage to vehicles
​
The cost for any damage to any of Red Carpet Wine Tours' vehicles or any of their leased vehicles will lie solely with the individual who made payment for the tour. If an agreement can't be made between parties, then further action will be taken and could possibly be left in the hands of the law.

Insurance
​
Participants are encouraged to have travel insurance for every active tour taken with Red Carpet Wine Tours. This is strongly encouraged for overseas visitors who may not have access to the Australian healthcare system. The participant’s travel insurance should provide cover against personal accident, medical expenses, emergency repatriation and personal liability.

Vehicle Breakdown
​
In the unfortunate event of a vehicle breakdown, we will endeavour to get a replacement vehicle sent out as fast as we possibly can and compensate for any time lost on the day's tour.

Use of visual media
​
Unless otherwise stated in writing, all passengers agree to the use and marketing of all video and still images captured by Red Carpet Wine Tours and its drivers / hosts whilst on tour.
These videos and still images may be used on social media platforms, online video platforms as well as any other promotional material developed by the business including banners, flyers, or other marketing material that the business develops for its advertising and promotional strategies.

Age Policy
​
Due to the nature of the tours, all participants must be over 18 years of age at the date of tour – unless it’s a private tour where the minor is accompanied by an adult/parent. It is illegal for participants under the age of 18 to consume alcohol on Red Carpet Wine Tours’ tours.

Covid-19
​
Unfortunately, no refunds can be offered for any cancellations from the customer due to anything Covid-19 related.
